Yes — this is exactly what we're designed for. Our overnight teams use a zone-rotation system, cleaning one section of the facility at a time while members continue using all other areas. Wet floor signage is placed within each active cleaning zone and removed immediately when the zone is dry and safe. Members always have access to at least 75% of the facility during any cleaning rotation. The zone sequence is designed around your overnight usage heat-map so the least-used zones are cleaned first.

Arrival times are set entirely around your facility's usage patterns and operational requirements — not around what's convenient for us. For gyms with a genuine low-traffic window between 1am and 5am, we schedule cleaning to cover that window and complete before your morning peak. For facilities with constant overnight usage, we can begin zone-rotation from 10pm or 11pm. Start times are agreed and locked in during the initial site assessment.

Overnight 24-hour gym cleaning starts from $350 per night for smaller single-level facilities without studios. Mid-size gyms including wet areas start from $520 per night. Every clean generates a GPS-timestamped digital completion report including: time of arrival and departure, all zones cleaned, products used with safety data sheet references, consumables restocked, and any maintenance observations. Staff police check references and credentials are held on file and available on request. All documentation is formatted specifically for WorkSafe Victoria, council, and major gym franchise hygiene audit requirements.

A named Golden Star operations contact is reachable by phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week during any active overnight program. If a member incident occurs, an alarm is triggered, or any security concern arises, the team immediately contacts both your facility's documented emergency contact and our operations line. All incidents are documented in the completion report. We also carry full public liability insurance covering all overnight commercial operations.
