Yes — every new client receives a complimentary on-site assessment before we produce any quote. We visit your facility, assess all cleaning zones (equipment areas, locker rooms, studios, floors, wet areas), and build a custom cleaning plan tailored specifically to your gym's size, layout, and operational schedule. We don't quote blind — accurate quotes require us to see your space first.

Our scheduling is completely built around your operational timetable. We can clean before your 5am opening, after your midnight close, or during low-traffic windows in between. Your members will never encounter our team mid-clean unless you prefer visible cleaning during the day.

Absolutely. All products we use are specifically selected for fitness environments. Standard commercial cleaning chemicals can degrade rubber flooring, corrode weight stacks, cloud mirror surfaces, and damage cable machine coatings. Our product range is TGA-approved for hospital-grade disinfection and is safe for rubber, vinyl, chrome, powder-coated steel, timber, and mirror surfaces — eliminating pathogens without compromising your equipment or your members' health.

We offer flexible arrangements to suit your gym. We have short-term, rolling, and longer-term agreements available depending on the services you need. Most of our clients choose ongoing programs because of the consistency and cost savings — but we don't lock you into anything before you've experienced our service. Yes — without exception. Every Golden Star team member holds a current National Police Check clearance and has completed our in-house gym cleaning certification program. We carry comprehensive public liability and workers compensation insurance, and we provide a certificate of currency to all new clients before any work commences. You can have complete confidence in the people working inside your facility.
